Lulu is DEC’s new Junior Digital Marketer; She has previously worked in retail operations and online marketplace trading.

During her time in the retail industry Lulu developed a passion for customer service. She recognized her strengths in relationship building and used this to begin a small business enterprise of her own. This led her to venture into the online marketplace where she transformed her love for vintage fashion into a wholesaling service to independent traders.

Through her work, Lulu gained valuable experience in generating, as well as converting leads to a loyal client base. Lulu believes that sales and marketing are inextricably linked and hopes to integrate her understanding of sales to drive business growth via key marketing strategies.

Outside of work, Lulu enjoys making art, writing poetry and long scenic walks.
